PrimeTime Lacrosse Small Group Training
MS Group: Boys Grades 6, 7, 8 - HS Group: Boys Grades 9, 10, 11, 12
PrimeTime Sports Center, 5A Michigan Dr., Natick, MA
PrimeTime Lacrosse Small Group Training is designed to offer middle school and high school aged athletes an opportunity to develop in the off season in a way that can serve as a supplementary training program to outside club or lacrosse training or as a program that works in conjunction with a Fall or Winter sport.
Each two hour session offers one hour of lacrosse specific fundamentals training in our 5,000 square foot indoor turf facility with NCAA coaches emphasizing controlled repetitions and hands on corrections in the same training protocols that they are using with their own college payers.
The other hour of training is an athletic performance program designed for young athletes with a focus on injury prevention and athletic development through fundamental movements and conditioning. Performing proper movement mechanics while fatigued enhances the body's ability to stay injury free and maximize a player's lacrosse talents on field. The program develops movement patterns now so as the body matures, the athletic ability potential increases exponentially.
Small group training is limited to 12 players per session and the program meets on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
